When considering a gown, think of the following :
Is the dress too revealing or too conservative?
Does the dress make you look more mature than your age?
Is the dress too old-fashioned? Do you prefer a contemporary look? Or are you one who wants to stand out in an avant-garde design?
Does the cut of the dress make you look shorter or taller or slimmer?
Does the gown make you go ‘wow’?
Try it on; you will never know how it looks unless you put it on. Be sure also to have proper undergarments to ensure a better fit.
