Prior to sending out invites, ensure that the following are ready and complete :
- Guest list with correctly spelt names and salutations.
- Up-to-date mailing addresses.
- Contact details i.e. phone and email, for the purpose of chasing for RSVPs.

A few more tips :
- Start early and commence discussions with your designer soonest possible.
- Provide accurate information to your designer i.e. your names and those of your parents, ceremony and banquet venues, date, time, contact numbers and emails for RSVP.
- Proof read sample thoroughly before giving the go ahead for printing.
